All products are subject to availability, and prices or product lines are subject to change or discontinuation at any time.

6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information. Sales tax will be added where applicable. All payments must be made in US dollars.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders placed through the Site in our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or distributors.

Any legal action shall be commenced or prosecuted exclusively in state and federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction therein. Claims must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose.

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund (less any applicable restocking fees), store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and documentation attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email customer service at joshua@preciouslifejewelry.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once your request is approved, we will send you an RMA number along with the exact return shipping address and instructions.

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging with your proof of purchase. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Because fine jewelry requires careful handling, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method (such as USPS Registered Mail or UPS/FedEx with signature required).

REFUNDS & RESTOCKING FEES

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of your item for processing. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all standard returns. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your account statement. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

RING SIZING & RESIZING

We want to ensure your jewelry fits perfectly. Please review our sizing guidelines below:

  • Standard Rings: Eligible non-custom rings can be resized once within thirty (30) days of delivery. Additional sizing fees or shipping charges may apply depending on the ring design and metal type.

  • Custom & Patterned Rings: Custom-designed rings, full eternity bands, or rings with continuous surface patterns may not be eligible for standard resizing due to structural or design limitations.

  • Modified Pieces: Any ring sized or altered by an outside third-party jeweler voids its warranty and renders the item non-returnable and non-refundable.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made jewelry and custom CAD designs

  • Jewelry personalized with custom engraving or special-order gemstones

  • Other special-order items

  • Items that show wear, damage (not due to manufacturing defects), third-party alterations, or missing original packaging

For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund.

Metal & Allergy Disclosures

All jewelry items on our website are clearly labeled with their precious metal purity (e.g., 10k, 14k, or 18k for gold, and sterling or .925 for silver). However, metal purity labels do not specify exact base or alloying elements, such as copper, nickel, or zinc. Some of our white gold products contain nickel, which is a known cause of skin sensitivity and allergic reactions.

By purchasing jewelry from Precious Life Jewelry LLC, you acknowledge the risk of metal sensitivities and agree that we are not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or related damages caused by wearing our jewelry. If you have specific metal sensitivities, please contact us prior to ordering.

Gemstone & Diamond Disclosures

Stones featured on our Site are labeled according to their origin:

  • Natural Stones: Mined from the earth. In many cases, natural gemstones may undergo standard industry treatments (such as heat or chemical enhancement) to enhance their natural clarity or color.

  • Synthetic / Lab-Grown Stones: Man-made gemstones that share the exact chemical, physical, and optical properties of their natural counterparts.

  • Imitation Stones: Man-made stones designed to mimic the aesthetic appearance of natural stones, though they differ in chemical composition, color stability, and physical durability.

Diamonds used in our designer or production jewelry are explicitly labeled as either natural or lab-grown, accompanied by their approximate carat weight, clarity, and color grades as screened by our suppliers. PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIMES

All orders are processed prior to shipment. Estimated production or order handling times are displayed on individual product pages. Standard order handling typically takes 1 to 3 business days before shipment, unless an item is custom-made or made-to-order.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed. All delivery dates are given in good faith but are estimates only.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

We offer the following shipping rates within the United States:

  • Orders $200 and Over: Free Standard Shipping

  • Orders Under $200: $19.00 Flat Rate Shipping

High-value jewelry shipments may require a signature upon delivery or additional carrier insurance for protection against loss or theft.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to valid addresses within the United States.
