The Precious Life Jewelry Partner Program is our unique mission driven referral program. Our mission is simple: to share the message that every life is a precious life.

Valuing life isn’t just about what we say—it’s about what we support. We want to fund, highlight, and walk alongside organizations and individuals who actively spread the message of precious life every single day. When you partner with us, every piece of jewelry sold becomes more than a beautiful item; it becomes a tangible force for good that directly funds life-affirming causes.

You don’t need a massive platform or thousands of followers to make a real difference. We built this program for anyone who carries a passion for this mission:

  • Everyday Advocates: If you love our message and want to share it with your family, church community, friends, or local neighborhood, you are just as valuable to us as any major public figure. Every conversation matters.

  • Non-Profit Organizations & Ministries: Non-profits, churches and outreach groups looking for a meaningful, values aligned, product-backed fundraising source.

  • Influencers & Digital Creators: Social media voices, podcasters, and media personalities who want to offer their audience handcrafted, message-aligned jewelry while supporting life-giving causes.

  • Businesses & Event Hosts: Small business owners, conference organizers, and local leaders who want to feature beautifully crafted, purpose-driven products.

When you refer a sale, we will donate 10% of the sale price to your chosen partner organization. Here’s how that happens:

  1. You select an organization to support.
  2. You fill out an application.
  3. We screen and approve the application.
  4. We Onboard you as a partner:
    1. We set up your unique referral code and link.
    2. We provide you with material to share.
  5. You share and we share!
    1. We will create a post on our socials and website highlighting your chosen organization
    2. You can share your code online or directly with others
  6. We get referral sales and fulfill them.
  7. We process donations to your chosen organization after the return window closes.

Partner Program Terms & Policy

1. Application Review & Approval Rights

  • No Application Guarantee: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program. Precious Life Jewelry reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke any application or active partnership at its sole discretion including but not limited to mission alignment, verification, or internal vetting standards.

2. At-Will Participation & Termination

  • At-Will Status: Participation in this Program is entirely voluntary and conducted on an at-will basis.

  • Termination: Either party (Precious Life Jewelry or Partner) may terminate participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, without penalty, by providing written notice to the other party via email. Upon termination, the Partner must immediately cease using all program assets and marketing materials. In the event of termination all previously earned referrals earned will be paid out to the partner organization if possible.

3. Direct Remittance & Tax Disclosures

  • Direct Donation Payouts: All generated donations (e.g., 10% of qualifying sales) are issued directly by Precious Life Jewelry to the verified, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization or church chosen by the Partner and approved by Precious Life Jewelry.

  • Corporate Gift & Tax Ownership: All contributions are remitted as corporate gifts made in the legal name of Precious Life Jewelry. Partners do not act as tax donors and are not entitled to claim a personal tax deduction for any charitable contributions generated through customer sales.

4. Return Window & Net Sales Adjustments

  • Processing Timeline: Donations are calculated on net sales and will be processed and issued to beneficiary organizations only after the standard customer return window (e.g., 30 days) has passed.

  • Exclusion of Returned Orders: Any customer order that is returned, canceled, refunded, or subject to a credit card chargeback will not be included in the calculation of total sales or generated donation amounts.

5. Independent Relationship

  • Independent Contractor Status: The relationship between Precious Life Jewelry and the Partner is solely that of independent promoters/referrers.

  • No Agency or Employment: Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, agency, joint venture, legal partnership, or franchise relationship. Partners are not employees or legal agents of Precious Life Jewelry and have no authority to bind Precious Life Jewelry to any contract, legal obligation, or representation.

6. Brand & Trademark Guidelines

  • Approved Assets Only: Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use official promotional images, text, and marketing media provided by Precious Life Jewelry solely for promoting Precious Life products.

  • Brand Protection: Partners may not alter, edit, rebrand, or distort Precious Life Jewelry logos, graphics, or messaging without prior written authorization.

7. Accurate Representation & Disclosures

  • Truth in Advertising: Partners must accurately state the donation structure to the public (e.g., “10% of the sale price goes directly to [Organization Name]”).

  • No False Claims of Representation: Partners may not claim to be official spokespersons, board representatives, or legal agents of either Precious Life Jewelry or the beneficiary non-profit organization unless they hold independent, verifiable legal authorization to do so.

8. Email Communications & Partner Mailing List

  • Program Updates & Marketing: By submitting an application, you consent to receive electronic communications from Precious Life Jewelry, including partner program management updates, promotional announcements, and newsletters sent to the provided email address. You may unsubscribe from general promotional updates at any time; however, essential operational communications regarding your active partnership will continue as needed.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any legal proceedings arising out of or related to this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.
